Before listing and showing, you need to prepare your house for potential buyers. This includes repairs, updates, repairs, cleaning, decluttering and depersonalizing.

List

We’ll get professional pictures taken and get your house listed on the MLS, which will advertise your property to various websites and apps that REALTORS and buyers use.

Sell

Through showings, open houses, advertising and marketing, we’ll start receiving offers. We can accept or counter offers until both parties agree on favorable terms.

Escrow/Closing

Once you accept an offer, you start escrow. During this phase, a lot may be happening at once. The buyers may have the home inspected. If they are purchasing with a loan, they will have an appraisal. There’s also possible negotiations based on the findings of the inspection. I will do my part at making this process simple and stress-free.
